Bravais Crystal is based in Hong Kong. Created in 2020 by our Creative Director, Jess Hung.
All products are displayed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). Your orders are processed in HKD, and is converted to the local currency via your bank or payment method
If you believe you have received incorrect or defective items in your order, please message us via Instagram immediately with your order number so we can try to rectify the problem for you asap.
The shipping fee for International parcels is US50 regardless of size and weight and the delivery time varies on the country you're from. It usually takes between 1-2 weeks and all parcels are also delivered by DHL Express with Signature On Delivery. International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs.
CRYSTALS & CARE
When we sleep, our body is the most conducive to rest and recovery of our energy. We will slow down and become stable and calm. If we wear crystal bracelet to sleep, the strong positive energy of the crystal itself may hinder the harmony of our energy and affect our sleep. It is recommended to remove and place it on a demagnetizing stone while sleeping to allow it to rest and restore its energy.
According to the principle of left in, right out, crystals like obsidian and black rutilated quartz, we recommend wearing on the right hand, the rest of others on the left hand.

All bespoke Fine Jewelry collections are made in Shanghai at our accredited ethical and sustainable factories. For other crystal bracelets, we source of materials from all over the world from ethically proven suppliers. These countries include: mainly Brazil, India, Argentina, etc. We then construct all these pieces by hand in our Hong Kong-based studio.
