We offer Free Shipping on all Hong Kong parcels over HKD800 by SF Express, orders usually come within 3 business days. The shipping cost to Hong Kong is HKD30 of orders under HKD800.

We offer Free Shipping on all International orders over US150 by DHL Express. The shipping fee for International parcels is US50 regardless of size and weight and the delivery time varies on the country you're from. It usually takes between 1-2 weeks and all parcels are also delivered by DHL Express with Signature On Delivery. International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs.

The crystals are sold as they are. There are no refunds unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Our crystals come all natural, so fractures may occur during handling, but we do make sure that we double wrap the most fragile pieces to make their journey safest we can.

If your crystal arrived damaged, please direct message our Instagram page or reach out through our contact form and we will be more than happy to sort it all out for you. In case we agree upon returning of your crystal, the crystal must be shipped back within 7 days from the arrival of your order and we must be provided with the tracking number. We will not be able to process any returns if the time range is not followed.
